Job summary

Legrand AV, Inc. in Lebanon, TN, seeks a Plant Manager to lead production operations, manage department supervisors, and drive safety, quality, and productivity improvements within the Power & Thermal Management division.

The role oversees manufacturing, planning, inventory, and cost controls while supporting the growth and continuous improvement initiatives across the plant. MBA is a plus.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in manufacturing/production.
• 7+ years plant management experience supervising 250+ staff.
• Lean tools knowledge; Six Sigma is a plus.
• Experience with SAP/ERP and Production, Inventory, and Quality modules.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and coordinate production floor activities to meet customer expectations, quality, productivity, and cost goals.
• Drive cost reductions and productivity improvements across manufacturing processes.
• Lead OPEX/lean initiatives and safety, quality, and lean practices.
