Job summary

Legrand is seeking a Plant Manager for the Power & Thermal Management Division in Anaheim, CA. This role leads production floor activities, directs department supervisors, and ensures safety, quality, productivity, and cost targets while supporting a high-performing team.

The position emphasizes Lean principles, root-cause analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to meet customer expectations and budget goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field (MBA a plus).
• Minimum 15 years’ experience in manufacturing/production.
• Minimum 7 years plant management experience with hourly and salaried staff.
• SAP and/or large-scale ERP/MRP experience with Production/Inventory/Quality modules.
• Experience in quality systems; Lean tools; Six-sigma a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production management, including operations, inventory accuracy, facilities, and planning.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, local, and federal regulations.
• Lead shop floor teams to resolve quality, production, scheduling, technical, or personnel issues.
• Drive process improvements to lower costs and improve productivity, efficiency, and quality.
• Develop metrics and reporting to track manufacturing performance against budget.
