Job summary

Legrand is seeking a Continuous Improvement Specialist in Anaheim, CA to lead lean transformation and daily management initiatives across manufacturing operations. The role focuses on applying Lean and Six Sigma tools to improve safety, quality, and productivity while integrating standard work and visual controls.

You will collaborate with operations, quality, engineering, and maintenance to execute improvements, mentor teams, and monitor KPIs to sustain gains in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
• Ability to facilitate activities and discussions using defined processes.
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedures.
• Ability to create standard work documents and coaching materials.

Responsibilities

• Lead lean transformation and daily management initiatives across operations.
• Collaborate with operations, quality, engineering, maintenance, and supply chain to execute process improvements.
• Use Lean, Six Sigma and structured problem-solving to reduce waste and variations.
• Collect and analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
• Coach employees in new processes and standard work while sustaining improvements.
