Job summary

Legrand's Power & Thermal Management division in Lebanon, TN is seeking a Plant Manager to lead production floor activities, ensuring safety, quality, productivity, and cost-savings while meeting customer expectations.

You will direct supervisors and teams, drive lean initiatives, coordinate with staff to align with budgets, and champion continuous improvement across manufacturing operations. A strong background in manufacturing leadership and ERP systems is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 15 years of experience in manufacturing/production.
• Minimum of seven years of plant management experience managing 250+ hourly and salaried employees.
• Lean experience; Six Sigma a plus.
• SAP and/or ERP/MRP experience with Production, Inventory, and Quality modules.
• Experience working within quality systems.
• Demonstrated use of lean tools to drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Oversees production management including operations, inventory, facilities, quality, supply chain, and planning.
• Develops metrics and reporting to track performance against budget (revenue, backlog, schedule attainment, throughput, labor utilization, efficiency, scrap, cost containment).
• Partner with Global OPEX Manager to lead lean initiatives and safety, quality, and lean activities.
• Maintains open dialogue on improvement activities and communicates progress to peers.
