Job summary

Legrand is seeking a Director of Operations to lead the Power & Thermal Management teams across Juarez, MX and Santa Teresa, NM. The role drives strategy, execution, and transformation to achieve best-in-class safety, quality, delivery, cost, and working capital while enabling growth and capacity expansion.

Responsibilities include leading cross-functional partnerships, overseeing SIOP/IBP alignment, and promoting continuous improvement using Lean methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• 10+ years in a large, complex manufacturing environment.
• 5+ years of strategic management and leadership experience.
• Experience applying Lean tools and leading continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Develop vision and strategy for the facility and drive initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional partnerships to align operations with business needs.
• Lead capacity and footprint decisions and integrate SIOP/IBP processes.
• Ensure integration of manufacturing and distribution to optimize service and lead times.
• Provide leadership to manufacturing groups and meet financial/operational goals.
• Promote a zero-injury culture and CSR initiatives.
