• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field required.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in manufacturing or plant operations.

• Own capital projects from concept to completion with minimal downtime.
• Develop and implement maintenance systems: Preventive, Predictive, TPM.
• Lead maintenance team, delegate tasks, enforce safety.
• Analyze issues and provide short- and long-term solutions.
• Develop KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
