Job summary

Your Talent Team is seeking a Plant Engineer in Wilson, North Carolina to lead the maintenance and engineering department in a high-performing food manufacturing setting. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field with 8+ years of experience.
2+ years of team management or project leadership.
Strong leadership, planning, teamwork, analytical thinking, and adaptability.
Advanced technical skills in mechanical/electrical fields (PLCs, instrumentation).
Knowledge of maintenance systems, work order processes, TPM.

Responsibilities

Own capital projects from concept to completion with on-time, on-budget delivery.
Develop and implement maintenance systems incl. Preventive/Predictive maintenance and TPM.
Lead maintenance team, delegate tasks, enforce policies.
Provide short- and long-term solutions for operational issues.
Track KPIs for maintenance performance and equipment effectiveness.
