The role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering with 8+ years of related experience, strong leadership, and expertise in mechanical/electrical fields, TPM, and maintenance planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field plus 8+ years of experience.
• 2+ years of team management or project leadership.
• Strong leadership, planning, teamwork, analytical reasoning, and adaptability.
• Advanced technical skills in mechanical/electrical fields and PLCs.
• Knowledge of maintenance systems, work orders, preventive/predictive maintenance, TPM.
• Ability to use exposure monitoring equipment, interpret results.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Clear written and oral communication; strong problem-solving.
• Strong interpersonal, technical and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own capital projects from concept to completion, delivering on time and on budget with safety standards.
• Develop and implement maintenance systems including Preventive and Predictive Maintenance and TPM.
• Manage maintenance team by delegating tasks and guiding work assignments safely and efficiently.
• Provide short-term fixes and long-term solutions to daily operational challenges.
• Develop and track KPIs measuring maintenance performance and equipment effectiveness.
