• Own capital projects from concept to completion.
• Develop and implement maintenance systems (Preventive, Predictive, TPM).
• Manage maintenance team; delegate tasks and ensure safety.
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues with minimal downtime.
• Develop and track KPIs for maintenance performance.
