Job summary

SteveRecruiter, LLC is seeking a Plant Engineer in Wilson, NC to lead the maintenance and engineering department in a fast-paced plant environment. You will drive preventive/predictive maintenance, TPM, and cutting-edge maintenance systems to maximize uptime and product flow.

Responsibilities include capital project ownership, leading a maintenance team, and delivering projects on time and safely while maintaining food safety and environmental standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of manufacturing experience.
• 2+ years of team management or project leadership.
• Strong leadership, organizational and analytical skills.
• Advanced knowledge of maintenance systems and TPM.

Responsibilities

• Own capital projects from concept to completion with minimal disruption.
• Develop and implement maintenance systems including Preventive/ Predictive maintenance and TPM.
• Lead and coach maintenance team; assign tasks and monitor safety.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues to ensure daily plant operations.
• Develop KPIs to measure maintenance performance and drive improvements.
