Zaddy Solutions in Wilson, NC is seeking a Plant Engineer to lead the maintenance and engineering team in a fast-paced food-manufacturing environment. You will drive equipment reliability, reduce downtime, and oversee capital projects from conception to completion.

You will develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs, TPM, and other high-impact strategies, manage a skilled maintenance staff, and monitor KPIs to keep production flowing safely and efficiently.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, plus 8+ years’ relevant experience or equivalent.
• 2+ years of team management or project leadership experience.
• Strong leadership, planning, analytics, and adaptability.
• Thorough knowledge of maintenance systems, work order process, preventive/predictive maintenance, TPM.

Responsabilidades

• Own capital projects from concept to completion, delivering on time and budget while safeguarding safety and environmental standards.
• Develop and implement cutting-edge maintenance systems including preventive and predictive maintenance, TPM, and related strategies.
• Lead the maintenance team, delegate tasks, enforce policies, and guide work assignments for efficiency and safety.
• Provide short-term fixes and long-term solutions to daily operational challenges and equipment issues.
• Develop and track KPIs to measure maintenance performance and overall equipment effectiveness.
