Job summary

We Are Legal Revolution in Houston seeks a Senior Wage & Hour Litigator (Plaintiff-Side) to lead wage/hour class actions with autonomy and impact. Base salary up to $200,000 plus bonus up to $300,000, with total package up to $500,000.

Role encompasses discovery, motions, depositions, settlements, and trial support. The ideal candidate has a JD, active bar in good standing, 5–10 years of plaintiff-side litigation, a proven class/collective actions track record, and strong briefing and strategic

Qualifications

• JD from accredited law school and active bar membership in good standing.
• 5–10 years of significant plaintiff-side litigation experience.
• Proven track record in class/collective actions or complex litigation.

Responsibilities

• Handle full-cycle wage & hour class actions: discovery, motions, depositions, hearings, mediations, settlements, and trial support.
• Draft and brief key motions; take an active role if cases go to trial.
• Advise clients on strategy; collaborate with partners on high-stakes disputes.
