Jobot is urgently seeking a highly qualified attorney for a permanent role in the Los Angeles area, with a competitive base salary ranging from $150,000 to $300,000 per year. The position involves handling transactional work, wage-and-hour class actions, and employee-related issues for a growing national firm.

The ideal candidate holds a JD, is licensed, and has 3+ years of experience. A strong research, negotiation, and communication skill set is essential, with a capacity to work independently

Qualificações

• Must be a licensed attorney with at least 3 years of experience in transactional law, class actions, and employee-related issues.
• Strong legal research, analytical, and problem-solving skills are required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts to non-lawyers.

Responsabilidades

• Provide legal advice on a broad range of issues including transactional matters and class actions.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and other legal documents.
• Represent the organization in legal proceedings, such as court trials and mediation.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support decision-making and policy development.
