Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in California.
• Minimum of 8+ years of civil litigation experience.
• Experience with class actions, complex litigation and wage-and-hour matters is a plus.
• Ability to travel on occasion.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead an active caseload of wage-and-hour, class and representative actions.
• Develop case strategy and oversee discovery, depositions and motion practice.
• Lead settlement negotiations and appear in court for hearings and trials.
• Mentor junior attorneys on litigation best practices.
