Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in California or Illinois, or eligible for admission in California or Illinois.
• 8+ years of civil litigation experience.
• Experience with employment litigation, wage-and-hour claims, class actions, or other complex litigation is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of litigation, including discovery strategy and motions.
• Make court appearances and advocate orally.
• Take and defend depositions and manage case files.
• Interact with clients and oversee case management.
• Experience with wage-and-hour class actions, PAGA matters, or other complex employment litigation is preferred.
