Qualifications

• 5+ years of wage and hour class and/or collective actions under the FLSA.
• Experience interpreting U.S. Department of Labor Wage and Hour Division regulations.

Responsibilities

• Litigate wage and hour class and/or collective actions.
• Draft and argue motions, including motions to decertify a conditional class.
• Manage discovery and ESI and provide strategic advocacy.
