Job summary

We Are Legal Revolution is a confidential plaintiff-side litigation firm with a multi-state footprint seeking a mid-level employment litigation attorney to advance wage and hour matters, including class and representative actions.

This fully remote role emphasizes motion practice, discovery, and strategic case development alongside experienced trial counsel, with California Bar admission required and strong writing skills valued.

Qualifications

• 6 to 10 years of plaintiff-side employment litigation experience.
• Substantive wage and hour experience, including misclassification and rest break violations.
• Experience with PAGA and FLSA claims.
• Writing sample required (two preferred).

Responsibilities

• Support senior trial attorneys in wage and hour matters from inception through resolution.
• Draft and argue motions; manage written discovery; take and defend depositions.
• Handle casework for misclassification, meal/rest break violations, expense reimbursement, and off-the-clock work.
• Assist with representative and collective components, including PAGA and FLSA issues.
• Coordinate case progression and maintain strong written work product.
