Qualifications

• 10+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury litigation experience.
• Active Ohio Bar license.
• Dual licensure in Ohio and Texas preferred.
• Strong courtroom experience with a proven track record of results.

Responsibilities

• Lead litigation end-to-end from intake through trial.
• Represent clients in hearings, trials, mediations, and arbitrations.
• Advise clients and develop winning case strategies.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery documents.
• Coordinate with paralegals and staff on trial prep.
• Evaluate liability, damages, and case direction.
• Maintain high-touch communication with clients.
