Bush & Bush Law Group is seeking a seasoned Personal Injury Litigation Attorney (plaintiff-side) based in Ohio to join our growing remote team. Qualifications

• Plaintiff-side personal injury litigation with 10+ years experience.
• Active Ohio Bar license (required).
• Preferred dual licensure: Ohio and Texas.

Responsibilities

• Lead Litigation End-to-End: Manage cases from intake through trial, including strategy development, discovery, depositions, and settlement negotiations.
• Advocate in Court: Represent clients in hearings, trials, mediations, and arbitrations with confidence and precision.
• Client Strategy & Guidance: Advise clients on legal options and develop winning strategies tailored to their cases.
• Draft & Argue: Prepare persuasive pleadings, motions, and discovery documents.
• Trial Preparation: Work closely with paralegals and staff on exhibits, witnesses, and trial strategy.
• Case Evaluation: Analyze liability, damages, and risk to guide case direction.
• Client Communication: Maintain strong, consistent communication and deliver a high-touch client experience.
