Qualifications
- 8+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury litigation experience.
- Active Missouri license in good standing.
- Significant courtroom and trial experience with favorable outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead plaintiff personal injury cases from intake to resolution and trial.
- Represent clients in Missouri courts, hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
- Advise clients on rights and options with tailored strategies.
- Prepare and argue pleadings, motions, discovery, settlement demands.
- Coordinate with paralegals to prepare exhibits, witnesses, and evidence.
- Evaluate liability, damages, insurance coverage, and risks.
- Maintain professional client communication and high-touch service.
- Manage a large caseload while meeting deadlines.
