EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants is seeking aPlacement Manager to lead the marketing and placement process for large and complex commercial accounts. You will partner with producers, client managers, and carriers to secure coverage that meets client needs.

The role requires advanced knowledge of commercial insurance, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to manage multiple complex accounts in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of commercial insurance coverages and placement strategies.
• Experience placing complex middle-market and large commercial accounts.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-management skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication.
• Proficiency with MS Office including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsabilités

• Lead marketing and placement for large commercial insurance accounts.
• Submit applications and coverage requests to markets and negotiate terms.
• Bind coverage with carriers and notify markets of decisions.
• Develop creative solutions for difficult placements.
