Job summary

EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants seeks a Placement Manager to lead the marketing and placement process for large and complex commercial accounts. You will partner with Producers, Client Managers, and carrier partners to secure competitive coverage solutions that meet client needs.

Responsibilities include submitting applications, negotiating terms, binding coverage, and developing creative placement strategies while maintaining strong carrier relationships and market intelligence.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of commercial insurance coverages and placement strategies.
• Experience placing large commercial/middle-market accounts.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead marketing and placement for large and complex commercial insurance accounts.
• Submit applications and coverage requests to markets.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and coverage with carriers.
• Review quotations and bind coverage with carriers.
• Develop solutions for difficult placements and maintain market relationships.
