Qualifications

• 7+ years in commercial insurance marketing/placement/brokering.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and relationship-building skills.
• Client and carrier-facing experience across all lines of coverage.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary expert resource for assigned clients and manage inquiries.
• Collaborate with Producers for marketing strategies, pricing, and carrier selection.
• Maintain client data in agency systems and coordinate renewals.
• Oversee renewal process milestones and coordinate with internal staff.
