WSP USA Inc is seeking a Lead Pipeline Engineer to work on projects across the U.S. This role involves leading design across the pipeline lifecycle, coordinating field investigations, and delivering solutions for mining, oil & gas, and water sectors.

You will engage with a global engineering team, apply codes and standards, and drive project delivery with safety and quality at the forefront.

Qualifikationen

• ABET-accredited engineering degree required.
• 7–10 years pipeline design experience in consulting or operating company.
• EIT registration; PE preferred.
• Knowledge of liquids/gas design codes (49 CFR Part 192/195, ASME B31.4/B31.8, AWWA M11).
• Experience with Pipeline Toolbox, AutoPIPE/CAESAR II, PipeFLO, AFT Impulse.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Aufgaben

• Lead pipeline design work across lifecycle (planning, FEED, routing, permitting).
• Provide engineering support for routing studies and mechanical design.
• Coordinate field investigations and surveys for pipeline projects.
• Prepare cost estimates, bid summaries, and funding documents.
• Interact with clients and sustain positive relationships.
• Support permit applications and project delivery per PM/QA plans.
• Review technical reports, drawings, and calculations for accuracy.
• Oversee project delivery with adherence to company procedures.
• Collaborate with multidiscipline teams and contractors.
