Job summary

WSP USA is seeking a Senior Pipeline Construction Manager to lead field execution for pipeline and related facilities across the United States, with a preferred location in Houston, Texas. The role requires coordinating with engineering, project management, and client teams in remote, logistically challenging environments.

You will provide senior leadership, guidance, and advisory support on complex projects, including feasibility, routing, estimating, procurements, and construction

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, project management, or a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 12 years of progressive construction, engineering, inspection, field-services, or project management experience.
• Experience leading complex pipeline construction in senior roles.
• Experience across EPC/EPCM lifecycle phases including estimating, execution planning, procurement, construction, commissioning, closeout.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior construction management and advisory support for pipeline, facilities, mining, energy, and industrial projects.
• Lead or support construction execution planning from early development through commissioning and closeout.
• Develop construction execution plans, staffing, logistics, schedules, and cost estimates.
• Review engineering drawings, contractor work plans, welding procedures, inspection plans for constructability.
• Lead contractor procurement activities and manage field-services resources.
• Promote health, safety, environmental, and quality culture on projects.
