Job summary

WSP USA is seeking a Senior Pipeline Construction Manager to lead field execution and provide technical guidance across pipeline and related facilities in the United States, with Houston, TX as the preferred location.

The role requires deep hands-on experience, ability to coordinate engineering, project management, and client teams, and a track record of delivering complex EPCM projects in remote or challenging environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, project management, or equivalent.
• Minimum 12 years of progressive construction/PM experience in pipeline projects.
• Experience leading complex pipeline construction in senior roles.
• Experience across EPC/EPCM lifecycle phases.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior construction leadership for pipeline and facilities projects.
• Lead or support construction execution planning from development through closeout.
• Develop construction execution plans, staffing, logistics, schedules, and cost estimates.
• Manage contractor and field resources to meet safety, schedule, and quality goals.
• Coordinate interfaces among owners, engineers, contractors, vendors, regulators, and land teams.
