• Oversees and directs Physician Support employees in assigned divisions.
• Provides input on recruiting, hiring, training, and performance management.
• Acts as subject matter expert on physician support duties and scheduling guidelines.
• Improves workflows and resolves scheduling errors with ICARE values in mind.
• Provides daily access center triage information and coordinates scheduling triage requests.
