Responsible for delivering System-wide Provider Recruiting resources in support of the MLH System's Talent agenda. Accountable for the coordination of the daily operations of Recruiting Services, to include in-house recruiting, external agency recruiting, advertising coordination, community relations, etc. and to support the organization's retention efforts. Supports and drives recruitment, staffing, processes, systems, and outcomes. In addition, recruits Locum providers to cover temporary vacancies in physician practices; drives and monitors compliance activities to minimize adverse impact in recruitment and selection processes; drives recruiting metrics to ensure optimal quality, cost, and service outcomes; and is directly accountable for reporting, and data analytics.
