Job summary

United Vein & Vascular Centers is seeking a dynamic Referral Development/Sales professional to drive growth across our national footprint. You will onboard, train, and coach Physician Liaisons, and partner with the Business Development Director to implement regional training programs.

You will analyze market data, nurture referral relationships, and work with cross-functional teams to exceed growth goals while upholding UVVC’s Core Values and HIPAA compliance. Travel up to 100% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years in healthcare referral development/sales with proven success.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM and MS Office tools.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel up to 100% of time and lead teams effectively.

Responsibilities

• Onboard, train and coach Physician Liaisons.
• Use reports and CRM to monitor team metrics and performance.
• Collaborate with Business Development Director, Seniors and trainers to implement regional training programs.
• Develop territory knowledge to back up liaisons and support growth in area.
• Nurture referral relationships and drive the sales cycle across regions.
• Support Seniors in achieving growth goals and communicate progress to leadership.
• Monitor market and competitor information and maintain strong client relations.
• Demonstrate UVVC core values and uphold HIPAA and conduct standards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
