Job summary

United Vein & Vascular Centers seeks a results-driven Referral Development professional to expand our network of referring physicians and drive growth across territories. You will analyze market data, train and coach Physician Liaisons, and collaborate with the Business Development Director to implement effective training programs.

Ideal candidates combine healthcare sales experience with strong relationship-building and communication skills, and are proficient with Salesforce and Microsoft

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• 3+ years in relevant Referral Development/Sales with demonstrated success in healthcare.
• Proven ability to utilize market data to uncover new opportunities and grow referrals.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assists in onboarding, training and coaching Physician Liaisons.
• Uses reports and CRM to understand team metrics and performance.
• Partners with Business Development Director and Seniors to implement training programs.
• Maintains knowledge of territory and referring physicians to support coverage.
• Nurtures referral relationships and manages the sales cycle.
• Drives growth by supporting underperforming areas and meeting targets.
