Qualifications

• Master’s degree in HR/Business Administration or related field with 1 year HR/Physician recruitment experience.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Lead physician, provider, and faculty recruitment initiatives across the organization.
• Coordinate onboarding and integration of new hires with clinical and administrative departments.
• Develop recruitment strategies to meet staffing goals and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Provide workforce analytics and forecasting to support planning and decision making.
• Collaborate with search chairs and department chairs to optimize selection processes.
• Monitor retention initiatives and stay connected with new hires through onboarding and first-year programs.
