Central Ohio Primary Care Physicians, Inc. is seeking a full-time Physician Recruiter at our Westerville, OH office.

The role owns the complete life-cycle of provider talent acquisition—from sourcing and screening to offers and onboarding—partnering with residency programs and academic centers. You will build year-round pipelines by engaging GME offices, program directors, and clinical leadership, and you will track metrics for leadership dashboards to inform strategy and ensure timely

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR, healthcare administration, business administration, communications, education or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years of full-cycle physician and/or APP recruitment experience in a multi-site ambulatory, health system or ACO setting.
Direct healthcare experience engaging residency and/or fellowship programs as a sourcing and pipeline-building strategy.
Preferred: certification such as FASPR, CPRP or PHR/SPHR.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end recruitment life-cycle for physician and APP positions from proactive sourcing through screening, interviews, offer negotiation and onboarding handoff.
Build and manage a year-round, specialty-specific candidate pipeline by cultivating relationships with residency program directors, fellowship coordinators, GME offices, and academic medical centers.
Establish COPC as a preferred employer within residency and fellowship programs through program visits, presentations, sponsorships and long-term relationships.
Represent COPC at residency recruitment fairs, specialty conferences, and medical school career events; develop presentations about COPC’s mission, culture, and community impact.
