The role involves delivering professional phlebotomy services at PSCs or IOps, ensuring accurate specimen collection, patient identification, and adherence to testing protocols to support high-quality results.

The position emphasizes leadership, on-site staff support, and a strong customer service focus. The role requires three years of phlebotomy experience and a phlebotomy certification.

Qualifications

• Three years of phlebotomy experience required.
• Phlebotomy certification required in CA, NV, WA, and LA.
• English required.

Responsibilities

• Perform specimen collections following established procedures for a variety of tests, including venipuncture and capillary draws.
• Obtain patient identification and signatures to confirm specimen labeling accuracy; perform data entry as necessary.
• Prepare specimens for transport and testing, including labeling, centrifuging, splitting, and storage as required by test order.
• Research test/client information and confirm and verify all orders using lab systems.
