The role requires two years of phlebotomy experience and active certification. The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with weekend rotation and competitive hourly pay with potential performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Two years of phlebotomy experience required.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Phlebotomy certification required in CA, NV, WA, and LA.
• Phlebotomy accreditation program, medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform specimen collection by venipuncture or capillary draw per procedures.
• Verify patient identification and labeling accuracy; data entry as needed.
• Prepare specimens for transport/testing, including labeling and storage.
• Research test information and confirm orders in lab systems.
• Provide professional, timely service and maintain a clean collection area.
