Job summary

Quest Diagnostics Incorporated is seeking a Phlebotomist II Site Lead in West Palm Beach, FL, Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with rotational weekends. The role supervises daily PSC/IOP operations, leads on-site PSR teams, and ensures quality specimen collection and processing.

The position requires three years of phlebotomy experience, strong data entry skills, and ability to travel between sites. Salary starts at $21.70 per hour with potential performance bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Three years phlebotomy experience required, inclusive of pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
• Keyboard/data entry experience.
• Flexible and available based on staffing needs, including weekends, holidays, on-call and overtime.
• Must have reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and clean driving record.
• Travel and flexible hours required to work multiple locations with minimal notice.

Responsibilities

• Collect specimens according to established procedures.
• Enter billing information and collect payments when required, safeguarding assets and credit card information.
• Data entry and processing of specimens including labeling, centrifuging, and freezing as required by test order.
• Maintain phlebotomy logs and complete training to latest techniques.
• Coach and mentor new employees and act as on-site resource.
