Quest Diagnostics Incorporated in Royal Palm Beach, FL seeks a Phlebotomy Representative - Site Lead to oversee daily operations at the site, coordinate staff, and ensure high-quality patient experiences. Role requires phlebotomy expertise, strong attention to detail, and the ability to mentor on-site personnel.

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM with rotational weekends; pay range starts at $21.70 per hour plus potential performance bonus.

Qualifications

• Two years of phlebotomy experience required.
• Customer service experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Perform venipuncture and capillary draws with a high degree of accuracy.
• Identify and verify patient information; enter data correctly.
• Maintain specimen labeling, processing, and transport per SOPs.
• Assist with site operations, scheduling, and staff coaching as needed.
