Job summary

Quest Diagnostics is seeking a Phlebotomist Representative - Sr. Site Lead in Nashville, TN, Monday to Friday, 7:15 AM to 4:00 PM. Deliver professional phlebotomy services at assigned Patient Service Centers (PSCs) or Client Offices (IOPs).

Ensure accurate specimen collection, patient identification, and adherence to testing protocols to support high-quality lab results. You will mentor on-site staff, handle complex collections, and demonstrate Quest’s 5Cs: Customer First, Care, Collaboration,

Qualifications

• Three years of phlebotomy experience required.
• Phlebotomy certification required in CA, NV, WA, and LA.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• English required.

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture, capillary draws, and other specimen collections with minimal error.
• Verify patient identification and documentation; ensure accurate labeling and data entry.
• Prepare specimens for transport and testing, including labeling, centrifuging, splitting, and storage as required.
• Research test and client information to confirm orders using lab systems and directories.
• Provide professional customer service to patients and clients; address questions and resolve issues.
• Lead and mentor on-site staff; coach team to follow SOPs and maintain safety and cleanliness.
