Quest Diagnostics Incorporated is seeking a Phlebotomy Representative - Site Lead in Fishkill, NY. The role runs Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM with a rotational weekend schedule, and offers a pay range of $24.50–$26.25 per hour.

The Site Lead will oversee phlebotomy operations at PSCs/IOPs, ensuring accurate specimen collection and adherence to testing protocols. Ideal candidates have at least two years of phlebotomy experience and a phlebotomy certification (CA, NV, WA, LA).

Qualifications

• Two years of phlebotomy experience required.
• Phlebotomy certification required in CA, NV, WA, and LA (Required).
• High school diploma or equivalent (Required).
• Preferred: customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional phlebotomy services at assigned Patient Service Centers (PSCs) or Client Offices (IOPs).
• Perform specimen collections including venipuncture and capillary draws with low error rate.
• Maintain site operations, assist with logs and supplies, and ensure a clean, safe environment.
• Communicate effectively with patients and clients to provide professional service.
