Mindlance seeks a Patient Services Representative II to greet patients, draw blood, and prepare specimens for lab testing in a fast-paced clinical or office setting across multiple locations. You will verify demographics, label tubes, and ensure accuracy under supervision. The role emphasizes exceptional customer service, safety, and confidentiality, with flexible scheduling including weekends. Training locations vary by trainer availability.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent REQUIRED.
• Medical training: medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred; required in California, Nevada, and Washington.
• Three years phlebotomy experience required, including pediatric, geriatric and capillary collections.
• Minimum 2 years in a Patient Service Center environment preferred.
• Customer service in a retail or service environment preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Under the direction of the area supervisor, perform daily activities accurately and on time.
• Maintain a safe and professional environment.
• Performs with confidence the forensic and clinical specimen collection and processing duties.
• Verify patient demographic info / initials including patient signature post-venipuncture to verify tubes were labeled in their presence.
• Maintains required records and documentation.
• Demonstrates organizational commitment and promotes a positive image to patients, clients, employees and the public.
