Job summary

Mindlance is seeking a Patient Services Representative II (PSR II) to represent our client and perform phlebotomy in a fast-paced medical setting. You will draw blood samples, prepare specimens for lab testing, and verify patient demographics and labels with accuracy.

This role may be assigned to a doctor's office, a patient service center, or other sites as needed. Excellent phlebotomy skills across pediatric and geriatric patients are required, with flexibility for weekends, on-call shifts,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; phlebotomy certification preferred.
• Three years phlebotomy experience including pediatric and geriatric cases.
• Excellent phlebotomy skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Draw blood samples and prepare specimens for lab testing.
• Verify patient demographics and labeling accuracy post-venipuncture.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Provide professional patient-facing service across multiple sites.
