Job summary

Mindlance seeks a Patient Services Representative II to join our client-facing team. The role involves drawing blood, preparing specimens for lab testing, and maintaining patient trust while explaining procedures.

You will handle demographics verification, ensure accurate labeling, and manage records with strict confidentiality. Responsibilities include working across doctor offices and service centers, with shifts that may require weekends, holidays, and travel to multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Three years phlebotomy experience required, pediatric and geriatric proficiency.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred; required in CA, NV, WA.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily activities accurately and on time under supervision.
• Maintain a safe, professional environment for patients and staff.
• Perform forensic and clinical specimen collection and processing.
• Verify patient demographics and label accuracy post-venipuncture.
• Maintain required records and documentation with confidentiality.
• Demonstrate leadership behaviors and focus on process excellence.
