Job summary

Mindlance seeks a Patient Services Representative II to represent our client at patient service centers and in doctor's offices. You will draw blood, prepare specimens, verify demographics, and deliver friendly, accurate service.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, travel between locations as needed, cover weekends/holidays, and maintain confidentiality and safety. High school diploma and phlebotomy training preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have strong phlebotomy skills including pediatric and geriatric collections.
• Experience in customer service in a retail or service environment preferred.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a high-volume setting.
• Excellent communication and teamwork with patients and staff, and adherence to policies.

Responsibilities

• Draw and prepare blood specimens following established procedures.
• Verify patient demographics and labeling for accuracy post-venipuncture.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation per policy.
• Provide professional, confidential patient service at multiple locations.
• Represent Mindlance with a positive image to patients and staff.
