Qualifications

• Quality, error-free work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently with minimal on-site supervision.
• Excellent phlebotomy skills including pediatric and geriatric.
• Flexible hours including weekends, holidays, on-call and overtime.
• Adherence to all policies, procedures, dress code and safety rules.
• Good judgment and decision-making under established procedures.

Responsibilities

• Under supervision, perform daily activities accurately and on time.
• Maintain a safe, professional environment.
• Perform forensic and clinical specimen collection and processing per procedures.
• Verify patient demographics and initials post-venipuncture; ensure correct labeling.
• Maintain required records and documentation.
• Represent Mindlance with a positive image to patients and staff.
