Job summary

Mindlance is seeking a Patient Services Representative II to be the face of our company for patients, drawing high-quality blood samples and preparing specimens for lab testing with care and precision.

You will work under area supervision, maintain a safe environment, verify patient demographics post-venipuncture, and handle records with confidentiality and accuracy. Travel to multiple locations may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Medical training: medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred. Required in California, Nevada, and Washington.
• Three years phlebotomy experience required, inclusive of pediatric, geriatric and capillary collections.

Responsibilities

• Draw quality blood samples and prepare specimens for lab testing.
• Verify patient demographics and initials post-venipuncture to ensure correct labeling.
• Maintain required records and documentation.
• Provide a safe, professional environment and exceptional patient service.
