Qualifications

• Three years phlebotomy experience required, inclusive of pediatric, geriatric and capillary collections.
• Minimum 2 years in a Patient Service Center environment preferred.
• Customer service in a retail or service environment preferred.
• Keyboard/data entry experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform phlebotomy and specimen collection.
• Verify patient demographics and labeling post-venipuncture to ensure correct identification.
• Maintain required records and documentation.
• Demonstrate professionalism and provide a positive image to patients and staff.
• Travel and cover multiple locations as needed.
