Job summary

Qualifications

• PTCB or ExCPT certification required (except in Puerto Rico).
• One year of work experience as a pharmacy technician in a retail or hospital setting.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist in pharmacy operations under supervision, including filling prescriptions and entering patient and drug information.
• Verify medicine accuracy and check for drug interactions.
• Assist pharmacists in scheduling and maintaining workflow.
• Process manual claims for third-party prescription services.
• Lead inventory management activities and stock pharmacy supplies.
• Provide customer assistance and guide to OTC products.
