Walgreens is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support dispensing prescriptions and patient services in a retail pharmacy environment. You will assist the pharmacist, manage inventory, and help ensure accuracy in records and claims processing.

The ideal candidate has a valid PTCB/ExCPT certification, at least one year of experience, and the ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends. Knowledge of Walgreens policies and patient care is a plus.

Qualifications

• PTCB or ExCPT certification (except Puerto Rico).
• One year of work experience as a pharmacy technician in a retail or hospital setting.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Requires willingness to work flexible schedule, including evening and weekend hours.
• Willingness to obtain active immunization certification within 90 days of hire (except in certain locations).

Responsabilités

• Assist pharmacist in dispensing prescriptions and entering patient and drug information.
• Support pharmacy operations, including inventory management and cash handling.
• Process third party claims and coordinate with physicians and providers as needed.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and participate in ongoing training.
