Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Sr Manager (Product Leader) to define product strategy and roadmaps for the Pharmacy and Consumer Wellness portfolio. You will own the team backlog, write user stories with acceptance criteria, and drive end-to-end product delivery across engineering, design, and other teams.

You will monitor product performance using key metrics, collaborate with stakeholders, and mentor a high-performing team while aligning with portfolio objectives and OKRs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Technology, Finance, Engineering, or related field or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years required experience as a product management, product ownership, or a related role within an IT or software development environment.
• 7+ years required experience in software product management, with demonstrated success in building large-scale consumer-facing products.
• 5+ years of experience working in Agile environments, particularly with Scrum or Kanban methodologies.
• 5+ years of proven experience in product leadership/management roles with demonstrated ability to drive collaboration and influence cross-functional teams.
• 3+ years of experience as a team leader, coach, or mentor.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmaps in collaboration with the team; refine as needed.
• Own team backlog, write user stories with acceptance criteria, and prioritize items.
• Monitor product performance using core metrics and feedback to drive improvements.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and operations to deliver value and align with epic goals.
• Grow and develop the team through coaching and setting expectations on ways of working.
