Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Sr Manager (Product Leader) to drive product strategy across the Pharmacy and Consumer Wellness portfolios. You will lead a team, define roadmaps, align with stakeholders, and ensure successful product launches.

Responsibilities include shaping product vision, managing backlogs, tracking KPIs, and collaborating with Engineering, Design, and other teams to deliver customer value and business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product management or related IT/software environment.
• 5+ years in Agile environments with Scrum or Kanban.
• 3+ years in leadership/mentoring of teams.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmaps with stakeholders.
• Own team backlog with clear acceptance criteria and prioritization.
• Monitor KPIs and drive product OKRs across the portfolio.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and operations to deliver value.
• Grow and mentor team members and promote strong teamwork.
