Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Product Management to lead the strategic vision, development, and execution of our product roadmap for an enterprise Pharmacy Benefit Management reporting product. You will mentor teams and partner across the company to ensure customer-centric value at scale, driving innovation and high-quality outcomes.

This full-time role offers remote US work options for the right candidate, with strong emphasis on design thinking and stakeholder alignment

Qualifications

• 7+ years overall experience, including 5+ years of product management experience, owning enterprise-scale products/capabilities
• 3+ years of experience working in an agile environment and leading decentralized teams
• Ability to travel at least 25% per year (about once a month)

Responsibilities

• Evaluate current state to identify opportunities through customer needs, product analysis, data, and stakeholder conversations
• Act as strategic advisor, provide support and guidance to product teams and partners
• Engage business leaders in leadership meetings, operating reviews and investment discussions
• Set product strategy and prioritize epics and features on the roadmap with senior leaders
• Connect the roadmap to value drivers and potential new revenue streams
• Create shared understanding of intended outcomes, costs, and benefits of enhancements
• Maintain voice of the customer, identify insights, and propose solutions
• Offer consultative recommendations to department leaders for evolving business models
